Since 1991, Mr.YUVARAAJ is working in construction industry. He had undertaken sub-contractor projects for many major construction companies like CCCL, K.S.Venkataraman & co Pvt Ltd., Real Value Promoters, South India Corporation Ltd., Ramkumar Constructions, Acicon Builders, Mats engineering, Etc..

Partner
A well known name in the construction industry. Mr.Ramulu has been in the construction industry since 1997. Together with Mr.Penchalaiah, they founded PR Engineers and Contractors in 2007 and have executed many major projects.

The materials received at the site will be properly stored and identification tags will be provided before using the materials.
Documentation
All necessary factory test certificates, instruction manuals will be documented after necessary inspection of manufactures works.
Authorized recheck
Checking of all civil works such as plastering, reinforcing, water proofing..etc., along with Clients engineer/authorized PMC persons.
ISI Code Assurance
If required, the major materials and equipment's will be sent for laboratory conforming to related ISI codes.
